    The moment your lost club is reported found, you’ll receive immediate notifications via SMS and email. These alerts contain all the necessary details, including the finder’s contact information, so you can act quickly to reunite with your club.

 

  • Durable ID Labels That Withstand the Toughest Conditions
    Our high-quality ID labels are designed to endure the elements, ensuring they remain intact and legible through rain, heat, and wear and tear from regular play. These labels are key to linking your clubs to your membership profile.

 

  • UniqueID Protects Your Personal Contact Information
    Your privacy is our priority. The UniqueID system ensures your personal details are never exposed. Finders can report lost clubs without accessing your contact information, providing a secure and efficient recovery process.

 

  • 100% Free Replacement of Damaged Labels
    If your ID label becomes damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost as long as your membership is active. Simply request a replacement via our website, and we’ll ship a new label to keep your clubs protected.

 

  • Up to $200 Shipping Fee Reimbursement
    If your lost club needs to be shipped back to you, we’ve got you covered. GCR offers up to $40 per shipping incident, with a cumulative reimbursement limit of $200 per year. This ensures you won’t face steep shipping costs to recover your gear.

 

  • $200 Club Delay Reimbursement - If while traveling by common carrier (air, rail, sea or commercial bus line) and your clubs are lost or delayed by more than 12 hours. $100 per incident, $200 per year.

 

  • Up to $400 Club Rental Reimbursement
    In case you need to rent clubs while waiting for your lost club to return, we provide up to $50 per rental incident, with a cumulative reimbursement limit of $400 per year. This benefit ensures your game continues uninterrupted, even in unforeseen circumstances.

 

  • International Retrieval
    No matter where in the world your club is found, we will do our part to have it returned to you. Your GCR membership protects your clubs even when you travel outside of the United State or Canada.

Reimbursements - How it Works

To provide additional support and value to our members, Golf Club Register offers shipping and rental reimbursements under specific conditions. Here’s how the process works:

    • Eligibility Criteria
      • Reimbursements are available only to Birdie and Eagle members with an active membership at the time of the claim.
      • Reimbursements are provided on a per-incident basis and only covers one (1) club, unless stated otherwise.
      • The club must have been reported found and either en route to the owner or already received by the owner.
      • For Birdie members, the club must have been found at a location that is more than 50 miles from the member’s address on file.
      • For Eagle members, the club must have been found at a location that is more than 30 miles from the Eagle members address on file.
      • Claim must be made within 30 days of the date of the club being found.
      • Supporting receipts (shipping, rental, etc.,) must be submitted with each claim.

 

    • Reimbursement Limits
      • Shipping Fees: Birdie members can claim up to $20 per incident, with a cumulative annual limit of $100.
        • Eagle members can claim up to $40 per incident, $200 per year, cumulative.
      • Club Rentals: Birdie members can claim up to $50 per rental incident, with a cumulative annual limit of $200.
        • Eagle members can claim up to $100 per incident, $400 per year, cumulative.
      • $200 Club Delay Reimbursement - Eagle members only. If while traveling by common carrier (air, rail, sea or commercial bus line) and your clubs are lost or delayed by more than 24 hours. Reimburses the luggage fee for your clubs, charged by the carrier, up to $100 per incident, $200 per year cumulative.

 

    • Claim Processing

    Once submitted, claims are reviewed by our team to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Approved claims are reimbursed within 14 days.

     

    By providing these reimbursement benefits, Golf Club Register aims to reduce the financial burden of recovering lost clubs and ensure members can focus on their game with confidence.
