Golf Club Register is a membership-based service that helps golfers to recover their lost golf clubs quickly and securely. By attaching our durable unqueID labels to your clubs, we provide an efficient system for finders to report lost clubs and facilitate their quick return to you, while keeping your personal information private.
Once you have signed up for membership, we provide you with ID labels with your uniqueID. If a club is lost and found, the finder can easily contact us using the information on the label. We then will immediately notify you via SMS and/or email to help reunite you with your club. The entire process is fast, easy and efficient.

Par Membership: $39.95 /year
Birdie Membership: $69.95 /year
Eagle Membership: $99.95 /year
You can register additional sets (14 clubs) at anytime while your membership is active. Add-on registrations cost $29.95 /year

While our labels are strong and durable, accidents sometimes happen. We provide free replacement ID labels for active members. Simply request a replacement through our website, and we’ll send a new label at no extra cost.
Yes, your privacy is our priority. Our UniqueID system ensures your personal information is never shared. Finders only see the uniqueID number on your club and contact Golf Club Register directly. We will then contact you immediately via email and/or text at that point.
Log into your account on our website and submit your claim along with a receipt for the shipping or rental expense. Claims are reviewed and reimbursed directly to your account if they meet eligibility criteria.
Yes. Depending on your membership level, reimbursements are available only for active members and apply to:
- Clubs found more than 50 miles from your registered address, for Birdie Members, and 30 miles or more for Eagle Members.
- Clubs that are en route to or already returned to you.
- Shipping reimbursements range up to $40 per incident and up to $400 annual limit.
- Rental reimbursement up to up to $100 per incident and up to $400 annual limit.
- Club Delay Reimbursement - If while traveling by common carrier (air, rail, sea or commercial bus line) and your clubs are lost or delayed by more than 24 hours. Up to $100 per incident and up to $200 per year cumulative.
Unfortunately, we can only assist with clubs that are reported found. Our service relies on the honesty and effort of the finder to report the lost club using the ID label and reporting it through our system.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for unused portions of the membership period. You will continue to receive benefits until the end of your active term.
Currently, we only offer memberships in the U.S. and Canada. We do have plans to make the membership available in other countries and will announce the additions as they come online.
No, there is no app to download to scan the QR code or to report the club being found. The finder will simply hover his phone's camera over the QR code to capture the link, which will appear on his phone's screen. From there he just needs to press the link and provide the required information.
Yes! The labels are not restricted to golf clubs. You can use them on other golf gear. A lot of our members also use the labels on their range finders, practice gear and the like.
