1. Introduction
Welcome to Golf Club Register ("GCR," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Membership & Registration

  • To use our services, you must register for a membership and provide accurate contact information.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full for continued access to benefits.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • If your membership is inactive, we may not be able to contact you if your lost club is found.

3. Lost Club Recovery Service

  • Members receive unique ID labels to attach to their clubs.
  • If a registered club is lost and found, we will facilitate the return process by contacting the owner.
  • We do not guarantee recovery of lost clubs, as return depends on the finder’s willingness to report them.

4. Reimbursement Eligibility Criteria

    • Reimbursements are available only to Birdie and Eagle members with an active membership at the time of the claim.
    • Reimbursements are provided on a per-incident basis and only covers one (1) club, unless stated otherwise.
    • The club must have been reported found and either en route to the owner or already received by the owner.
    • For Birdie members, the club must have been found at a location that is more than 50 miles from the member’s address on file.
    • For Eagle members, the club must have been found at a location that is more than 30 miles from the Eagle members address on file.
    • Claim must be made within 30 days of the date of the club being found.
    • Supporting receipts (shipping, rental, etc.,) must be submitted with each claim.

5. Reimbursement Limits

    • Shipping Fees: Birdie members can claim up to $20 per incident, with a cumulative annual limit of $100.
      • Eagle members can claim up to $40 per incident, $200 per year, cumulative.
    • Club Rentals: Birdie members can claim up to $50 per rental incident, with a cumulative annual limit of $200.
      • Eagle members can claim up to $100 per incident, $400 per year, cumulative.
    • $200 Club Delay Reimbursement - Eagle members only. If while traveling by common carrier (air, rail, sea or commercial bus line) and your clubs are lost or delayed by more than 24 hours. Reimburses the luggage fee for your clubs, charged by the carrier, up to $100 per incident, $200 per year cumulative.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Members must ensure that their ID labels remain attached to their clubs.
  • Members must ensure that their membership is active at all times, to enjoy GCR benefits.
  • False claims or fraudulent activities will result in termination of membership without a recourse.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • GCR is not liable for any lost clubs that are not reported found.
  • We are not responsible for damages incurred during the recovery or shipping process.
  • Under no circumstances will GCR be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
  • Membership cancellation does not entitle users to a refund for the remaining term.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States.
